You can book your free consultation for free braces online in two minutes – at Zahnregulierung Eltz (1010 Vienna) or Zahnregulierung Votiv (1090 Vienna). Both institutes are certified contract partners of the public health insurance funds: the initial consultation and – if your child is eligible – the entire treatment are free of charge for you.

What to expect at the first appointment

1. Examination The orthodontist takes a close look at your child's teeth, jaw and bite – painlessly and without an impression.
2. Assessment You find out whether there is a severe misalignment (IOTN 4 or 5) and your child is entitled to free braces – or whether, for the time being, only a check-up in a year's time is recommended.
3. Next steps If your child is eligible, the records are taken (3D scan, photos, X-rays), a treatment plan is drawn up and the appointment for fitting the braces is arranged.
